高温H2S/CO2/O2环境下N80油管腐蚀规律与机理研究

摘要:

研究了油管在H2S/CO2/O2三相混合气体高温条件的腐蚀机理,采用室内挂片失重法评价了腐蚀因素对腐蚀速率的影响。结果表明:腐蚀产物的主要成分为Fe2O3、FeS和Fe3O4。油管的腐蚀速率随着腐蚀环境下温度的升高表现趋势为先减小后增大,且在160℃时达到最低值之后迅速增大;O2、H2S、CO2分压升高时,腐蚀速率增大,但增大趋势表现不同,O2分压和温度对腐蚀速率的影响明显大于H2S和CO2

Abstract:

The corrosion mechanism of oil tube under high temperature condition of H2S/CO2/O2 mixture gas was studied, and the corrosion factors were evaluated using weight loss method. The results show that the main components of the corrosion products are Fe2O3, FeS, and Fe3O4. The corrosion rate of the oil tubes shows a trend of first decreasing and then increasing with the increase of temperature in the corrosive environment, and reaches its lowest value at 160 ℃ before rapidly increasing. When the pressures of oxygen, hydrogen sulfide, and carbon dioxide increase, the corrosion rate increases, but the increasing trend is different. The influence of oxygen pressure and temperature on the corrosion rate is significantly greater than that of H2S and CO2.
