用氯气与醋酸在氯乙酰氯催化下合成了一氯乙酸。讨论了在反应物料配比一定的条件下 ,不同温度对收率及一氯乙酸质量分数的影响 ,得出了反应的适宜条件 :温度为 75~ 80℃ ,n(醋酸 )∶n(氯气 )∶n(氯乙酰氯 ) =5∶5 .5∶1,氯气通入时间为 13h ,收率w =88.5 % ,一氯乙酸质量分数为 96 %。
Abstract:Monochloroacetic acid was synthesized from chlorine and acetic acid with chloroacetyl chloride as catalyst. The effects of reaction temperature on the yield and the purity of monochloroacetic acid under a determined molar ratio of raw materials were investigated. The optimum conditions were obtained as fol-lows: reaction temperature 7580 ℃, molar ratio of acetic acid∶chlorine∶chloroacetyl chloride=5∶5.5∶1, and introduction time of chlorine 13 h. Thus, the mass fraction yield is 88.5%, and the purity is 96%.
